Her maiden name was neither entered in her marriage certificate nor in the baptismal records of her first two daughters. "Zofia Blazejczykowna" appears for the first time in the baptismal record of her son Blazej (Blaseus) in 1727.  Interestingly, her first name was give as Agnieszka (Agnes) in the baptismal record of her first daughter, Marianna.  This is most probably an error, because it is clear from all other documents that Tomasz Pieniazek had only one wife, i.e., Zofia Blazejczyk.
