Appeared before us Edward Snopczynski, a carpenter, age 30, residing in Warsaw on Panska Street in the house number 1227 letter A (according to ‘Taryfa domów miasta stołecznego Warszawy 1893 roku” this was Panska 66) in the presence of Feliks Krukowski, a carpenter and Leon Pietrzyk, a clerk, both adults, residing in Warsaw, and showed us a female child declaring that she was born in Warsaw in his residence on July 15/27 of the present year at 12 noon (July 27, 1888) to his wife Teofila, née Burkiewicz, age 26. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Natalia, and the godparents were: Feliks Krukowski and Paulina Snopczynska.
